4. How We Store and retain your information Your Data

The information you submit through our enquiries form is stored securely on password-protected business devices and within our secure company cloud storage provider. 

We only hold your enquiry details for as long as necessary to process your request. If your enquiry does not result in a formal contract or research project, we will permanently delete your information from our systems 2 years after our last communication with you. If our engagement leads to a formal contract or project, your data will be retained for 6 years following the completion of the project to comply with our statutory financial and legal obligations

When it is no longer required we will securely delete or destroy your personal data.
